At the family-run Aura Distillery, nestled in a unique old cellar in the heart of Buzet, handpicked wild herbs and forest fruits are crafted into exclusive brandies, liqueurs, gins and jams, prepared using traditional recipes. The Aura Distillery Shop offers only its own products: herbal and fruit brandies and liqueurs, creamy liqueurs, four types of gin, jams, extra virgin olive oil, wild apple vinegar, elderberry vinegar, as well as chocolates, sugar-free biscuits and chocolate-coated almonds. A special highlight is Aura’s Teranino, made from Teran red wine, fruit distillate and ten carefully selected spices—whose exact blend remains a closely guarded secret. All products are defined by exceptional quality, recognized by experts worldwide: Aura has received a total of 175 gold medals at the most prestigious international spirits competitions, along with numerous business awards, including the title of Master-Class Distillery for 2025 and 2026. This makes Aura the most awarded Croatian distillery and places it among the finest distilleries in the world.
