Pizzeria Maximilian offers authentic Neapolitan pizza, just like they make it in Naples: the dough is prepared according to an authentic Neapolitan recipe, and the secret lies in the quality ingredients, long fermentation, and a special oven that reaches temperatures up to 475 degrees, allowing the pizza to bake in just 50 to 70 seconds. All pizza ingredients, from mozzarella and gorgonzola cheeses, ham and tomatoes to prosciutto, mortadella, and pistachios, are sourced from selected Italian suppliers, while fresh vegetables and truffles come from local Istrian suppliers. Maximilian also offers rich salads and sweet treats for dessert – selected Italian desserts. In addition to the interior of the restaurant decorated in an Italian style, guests can also enjoy a spacious terrace.
